Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by PSB Chino Concrete Works, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Description
PSB Chino Concrete Works provides professional concrete installation, repair, and maintenance services including but not limited to driveways, patios, sidewalks, foundations, and decorative concrete work. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided by PSB Chino Concrete Works are preliminary and subject to change based on site conditions, material costs, and project scope. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before work begins. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, we require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in your contract.
Project Changes
Any changes to the project scope after work has begun must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges. We will provide you with updated pricing for any requested modifications before proceeding with the changes.
Warranties
We stand behind our work and offer warranties on our concrete installations. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your project contract. Warranties may be voided by improper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature beyond our control.
Property Access
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that all necessary utilities are marked before work begins. You are responsible for moving any personal property from the work area. PSB Chino Concrete Works is not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or personal property left in the work area.
Weather and Delays
Concrete work is weather-dependent. We may need to postpone or reschedule work due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other weather conditions that could affect the quality of your project. We will notify you as soon as possible if weather delays occur.
Liability
PSB Chino Concrete Works carries general liability insurance for all projects. Our liability is limited to the direct costs of repairs or corrections to defective work. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice or after materials have been ordered may result in charges for materials and scheduling fees.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue. If we cannot reach a resolution, any disputes will be handled according to California state law in San Bernardino County.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
